JCDL 2012 registration is open from Thursday, April 5 through the event, available from https://www.regonline.com/jcdl2012. Regular registration is open through Monday, May 21. Late registration fees apply from Tuesday, May 22 through the closing of the conference.
There are a variety of registrant categories, which map directly to specific conference events. Please take care in selecting the appropriate category for your registration. If you plan to attend the entire conference, then check the box below the "Full Conference" header on the Agenda page and ignore the single-day attendance options. Single-day Attendance passes, 300 US$ for each June 11 and 12, and 150 US$ for June 13, offer lower-priced options for attendees who do not intend to participate in the full conference. The Awards Banquet, 120 US$, is not included with a single-day pass for Tuesday, June 12, and must be purchased separately.
Tutorials and workshops are separate tracks from the conference, and have their own fees. They are different depending on registrant category and whether the tutorial or workshop is a half-day or full-day event.

Doctoral Consortium students will not be permitted to register until after they have been accepted by the review panel. Acceptance notices should be sent out on Monday, May 7.
Registration fees can only be paid in U.S. dollars. Values in other currencies will be calculated by the merchant gateway at an exchange rate applicable to the day a registrant's fees are paid. Arrangements to pay registration by check or wire transfer can be made by contacting the conference organizers through the Contact Us link in the Main Menu.
